including Replacement, return and cancellation policy
First: Cancellation Policy:
1 – If you want to cancel your order, you can inform us by contacting us via WhatsApp at: 01283009432 before we ship the goods to you.
As for the goods that have already been shipped to you, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping value.
Second: Return Policy:
1 – If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will take care of the shipping and return costs.
2- You can raise a request to return a product by sending a message containing your name, address, order number, a picture of the product and the reason for the return using WhatsApp to the number: 01283009432 or call us
3- You can return the products you ordered within 3 days from the date of receipt for the full amount after deducting the shipping costs.
4- You cannot return goods that are subject to special offers, while preserving your right to exchange after deducting shipping costs.
5- If the goods do not meet the following requirements: The shoes must be unworn, in the condition they were received, and the original packaging. The return process will not be completed.
6- We will refund the amount to your credit card or original method of payment or bank transfer within 7-14 days.
Third: Replacement Policy:
1- If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
2- If there is no error or defect in the product, but you want to change the size or choose a different product, we are happy to serve you by replacing the product, and the buyer bears the fees for returning the old shipment to the store and the fees for the new shipment.
